Explore how misting systems function and their impact on outdoor spaces. All of our high-pressure systems start with a strong pump, either a 2-piston system rated at 50-bars or a 3-piston rated at 70-bars. These pumps force water through nozzles that have holes as small as 0.25 mm. The nozzles are capable of producing mist droplets so small (10-20 microns) that they evaporate immediately. This kind of fine cooling has the ability to drop temperatures by as much as 8 degrees Celsius. For instance, our FG-100 model can cover up to 100 squared meters of outdoor space using a 1.0L/min flow rate at 70-bar. Our LP units can function with simpler setups like misting umbrellas. They operate at lower pressures (20 to 70 pieces per nozzle). We apply smart technology in most of our products like with the FG-050S which automatically changes the water flow based on current circumstances for greater energy conservation.
